Last week, I stayed at Riad Ommeyad with my mom, brother, and sister, and we had an incredible experience! Everything about this place was perfect. The rooms were beautiful and very clean, and the location was ideal for exploring the city. The best part, though, was the staff – everyone was so kind and welcoming, making us feel completely at home. The food in the restaurant was delicious, especially the chicken tajine, which was our favorite! Breakfast was also great every morning, and we had a super relaxing massage in the spa. A big thank you to Cenade Youssef, Adib Abdellatif, Zakaria and their colleguages who took such good care of us. Their kindness and hospitality made our stay even better! Also their colleguages from the reception and the cleaning staff were very kind. We definitely recommend Riad Ommeyad to anyone visiting Morocco, and we will for sure come back in the future! Thank you, Riad Ommeyad, for a fantastic stay!

The location was perfect, just at the entrance of the medina. The room was big and comfortable with a big TV and a wide choice of channels to choose from. The staff at the reception were exceptionally kind. They helped with excursions, train booking, taxis, etc. A special mention to Fatima, who made several telephone calls to help me out to sort a few matters. They offer a typical maroccan treatment in the spa, which should not be missed. A wonderful stay.

I was truly touched by the remarkable kindness and helpfulness of the staff. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warm smiles that immediately made me feel at ease. Whether it was the concierge’s thoughtful recommendations, the attentive housekeeping who went above and beyond, or the restaurant team who took extra care to ensure every meal was perfect, every interaction reflected genuine hospitality. Their eagerness to assist, patience, and kindness turned my visit into an unforgettable experience. It’s rare to encounter such a dedicated team, and they deserve every bit of recognition for their efforts in making guests feel cherished and valued.
