Cleanliness, location, polite staff and the personal touch of Mme Ardan. The breakfast was exceptional ! The rooms were spacious with all amenities and very clean. Would highly recommend this place.

Great location, just around the corner from the medina. We had a brilliant room, spacious, warm, and fine view of Fes. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. The breakfasts were wonderful and the trip they organised was perfect on a cold day. Cannot recommend it enough.

We probably have been upgraded to higher room category because we received a very spacious and quiet double room with large beds on th 3rd floor and our breakfast were served directly by the waiter at the table. Hotel with superb quality, very nice and attentive personnel, with proximity to medina. Complimentary fruits and bisquits and water privided in the room

Amazing Hospitality. Wonderful people. The most amazing hospitality. Special thanks to the manager, Ms. Hajiba . She is a very helpful, caring, and wonderful human being and also the receptionist, Ms.Halima. Beautiful View and the wonderful breakfast.
