I'm only giving a quite good rating because the manager was really nice and helpful when we had a problem with our car. Good service! The pool area is nice when it's warm enough (it wasn't in January). Breakfast has lots of options.

Beautiful resort place with comfortable stay at a good price. Our bedroom was pool facing and had an amazing view. The property is very near to new city of Fes and also not very far from Medina(may not be walkable for everyone) but taxis are easily available from outside the hotel. Lovely hotel, off season visit so pool was cold but immaculately maintained. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. I also had a lovely spa experience, hamam and massage.

Excellent breakfast and very helpful staff at the reception and in the entire hotel. Good rooms and a good and clean swimming pool. We would definitely recommend this hotel and will get back for new stays.

We had another delightful stay at Hotel Palais Medina & Spa. This place feels like home to us. The service and customer friendliness remain exceptional, even after all these years. We were even given a complimentary upgrade to a more luxurious room. We will definitely be back!

+ Makes you feel safe and relax. Away from the crowd in the old town but also in walking distance which is great. + It has great view + Reception staff were great
