The staff were very professional and helpful. Everything was in good working order. Very clean and comfortable. Great location for the train station and new city of Fes. Private and secure parking for motorcycles. Good choice for breakfast.

Breakfast was an ibis breakfast, sometimes the croissant was stale. The coffee I got from the coffee machine was not tasty. The bathroom was comfortable. The rooms are usually small anyway.

My hotel was close to Train station so it was super easy to head out as you have Taxi people waiting for you to go places at affordable places. I felt safe. Air conditioning was working Clean room and breakfast area was nice and we had good options for breakfast Staff were polite and friendly Swimming pool at rear also pool facility You can't go wrong with this hotel

Very close to the train station. The quietest of the five hotels in Morocco that I have stayed in.

The location is especially good for train travel, late arrival and early departure, because it is next to the station. Otherwise there is nothing nearby and you have to take taxis everywhere. Take the ones on the street and insist on the meter. The ones right in front of the station are dishonest. Staff was kind and helpful for the most part. . There was a terrace useful mostly for drying hand wash, but the garden/pool area is very nice and green and peaceful.
