It was clean with a spacious room which was clean. Breakfast had a fair selection. Staff were helpful.

The overall cleanliness of the room sheets and common areas. The location was great as well in the new town easily accessible to the old city and Medina by red cab. The pool was great as well since I went in September and the weather was still great.

A warm welcome from the staff at the desk, comfy room and continental style breakfast. We were there during Eid and enjoyed the celebratory meal by the pool.

Nice staff, good breakfast, handy 10 minute stroll to the long distance bus station. Long but easily walkable to the Palace area.

Location is good, as well parking, & room was fair, but better with balcony or poolside. , my room was clean & attended by reliable staff.. Breakfast is fair, but could improve with different choice of style, apart from boiled eggs, as well to add fresh juice, & good olive oil...this is breakfast for me, but with swimming pool & cleanliness, i'd have to give this solid 7.5 rating
