Fabulous location in the heart of the medina. We received a very warm greeting from the family run business. Hisham was absolutely charming and spoke excellent English. He provided great advice which helped us in many ways. Breakfast was lovely and plentiful. We slept nearly 10 hours in great comfort. Looking forward to our next stay at this beautiful riad.

The host, Hicham, took excellent care of us from the beginning to the very end of our stay (even after we had left Fes). Upon our arrival, he introduced us to Fes, recommended nice restaurants, and provided us with assistance in various ways throughout our time in the city. Following Hicham's guidance during our stay, we truly felt at home in the riad. He consistently prioritised the interests of his guests. We consider ourselves incredibly fortunate to have had Hicham, who went above and beyond, even sacrificing sleep to help arrange a tour to the Sahara Desert for us. Additionally, the riad's strategic location in the Medina added to the overall experience. The room was spacious, and we would like to extend our gratitude to Mama Najia for the delicious and abundant breakfast she prepared. Hicham and Mama Najia's warmth and kindness made us feel like part of the family and truly enhanced our feeling of being at home during our stay.

Perfect place to stay in Fes, in the medina. The riad is very beautiful and the family owning it are extremely nice, helpful and make you feel like at home. The rooftop view is incredible, the best I experienced from the trip. Location is really great as you are close to the best streets and restaurants of the medina (which is very big). Absolutely recommend this place for staying in Fes.

Lovely hosts - only saw Hisham when we arrived but he provided us with really useful info and a map. His lovely mum Najia served us mint tea each time we arrived back at the riad, very welcome after tiring days walking around Fes, and served up a lovely breakfast and always very friendly. Beautiful old house which has been lovingly restored. Amazing wooden doors (just watch the low front door!) and decoration in this riad. Great location, about 1 min walk from one of the 2 main roads in the Medina, about 8 mins walk from the blue gate, so lots of places to eat and shop close by, even at night (lower parts of the Medina are closed at night). Our room was very spacious, windows faced the central courtyard which obviously means a little dark but that's the beauty of riads. Large bathroom too. Amazing views from the rooftop and good breakfast. Thanks for a lovely stay and we would stay again when we next visit Fes

Riad in the old city!! Strategic position to reach the main attractions of Fes. whoever manages the Riad takes great care of the guests. You feel at home. Najia is a perfect hostess, prepares tasty breakfasts and is a very kind person. Badar is a kind, polite and helpful boy. Always ready to answer guests' questions and help you. And then there's Hicham! A very good person, he helps you and can recommend places to visit and where to eat good Moroccan cuisine. He is also a tour guide and has historical knowledge of Fes.

Everything about the place is just wonderful. We had the room on the top floor "the penthouse" and it was so lovely spending the nights on the terrace seeing all of the medina beneath us. On the 2nd night of our trip, we had supper there which was cooked by one of the owners. It was proper home Moroccan food with a delicious chicken tagine and vegetable pastilla. For the food alone, it is more than worth the stay.
