Checkout hours and breakfast hours are very generous. The breakfast itself was abundant and very nice. We also booked dinner and it was exceptional!!! I would say the best meal we had in our 10 day stay around Morocco. However, our stay couldn't have been this nice without Youssef. He really went out of his way to help us plan our way around, he organized dinner even when we came very late, helped us with tickets and was overall an amazing human being. The best customer service experience in a very long time. Shukran Youssef! I hope life is just as kind to you, as you are to all your guests

The service was excellent. Hamza and Yusuf went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Always smiling and available. The location was very good. It was a bit hard to find but most places seem to be this way in Fes.

We really enjoyed our stay. The host was very friendly and helpful, he arranged a great tour and the tour guide Achmed was great. The food was great too and even though our cook was sick she still prepared a meal for us.
