Everything was perfect! Both room and bathroom were clean and the mattress was very comfortable! Staff was physically absent, but they sent very clear instructions on how to check in, plus they were always available on WhatsApp, giving us great tips on where to park the car too!

Really great location, easy to get around to do all the major sightseeing in Ferrara, comfortable and big beds, nice personnel, clean rooms and easy check in and out.

Great hotel in the historical center of Ferrara right at the pedestrian street. Huge public parking very near to the hotel. Family room is huge, it's actually like an apartment. On the same floor we hade spacious shared dinning room with refrigerator and sofa. The staff was very helpful with directions and tips.
