Breakfast staff, excellent and courteous. Quality and quantity, variety very nice. The reception staff was kind and helpful. The room was warm and silent.

I stayed in 7 places during my trip to Toscany and this one was the best by far. Good location with bars and restaurants nearby but not noisy. Very good breakfest and helpful staff. It is possible to leave the luggage after checking out

Good location: the hotel is in the historic city centre! I was with many children, the staff was patient. Good quality, plentiful breakfast, delicious coffee. Nice building, very impressive inside and out. Affordable parking close to the accommodation, which is very rare in historic city centres.

The location of the hotel is ideal for a brief visit to Ferrara. The size of both the rooms was perfect. Especially the first room on the top floor, was full of light and also provided us with a small terrace.

The hotel is well furnished and nicely renovated and located right on the edge of the historic district, just across the road from the vaulted walk. it's a short essay walk to the centre of town and to most of the major attractions. The breakfast is very good and at night the restaurant is much better than expected from a hotel restaurant.

Everything was perfect. One of the most beautiful hotel rooms I have ever stayed . Really big and comfortable. The breakfast is not rich but it's adequate and tasteful. The receptionists are smily and kind and you can leave your luggage there if you arrive early .

Lovely quiet location but still close to the centre of Ferrara. After the lift broke down temporarily the hotel agreed to move us from the fourth floor to the first floor as I have newly diagnosed mobility issues. Staff also helped when I had to visit the hospital.
