Traditional breakfast for Italy, not too good for me from north of Europe... But personel was very nice and helpful, they were hard working for making a stay there nice and comfortable. Location of the hotel is nice, if you have to go southern part of the city - because traffic jams are problematic in Ferrara. But - it's not in the city center, where social life flourish...

Clean place. Very nice staff. They kept my luggage for hours before I checked in. It's about 25 min walking from downtown but also easy to reach using bus number 11.

Carmen on the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. The location is perfect for a bike ride into the center. Love the leather sofas in the lobby - wish I could take them with me. Easy surface parking for my van
