Beautiful hotel, especially with the rooms where the ceiling is painted. Clean, comfortable beds. Good breakfast. Parking is also okay. The centro cannot be closer. We always stay here when we come for a business trip.

Great location (practically in the old city center). Very nice breakfast, esp. great coffee. Hotel is connected with caffe/restaurant, so you can always take some quick espresso.

Clean and very nice rooms. Enough space and good working airconditioning. Good beds. Close tot the festival we visited and the castle

This hotel mirrors the idea authentic Italian hospitality, it really does. It's clean, quiet, comfortable, with all the essential facilities. It is a bit old fashioned, but in a good way. It's a genuine kind of Italian hotel. The staff are very kind and helpful. They let me keep the luggage at the hotel after checkout. Brilliant location. If you eat most foods, the breakfast buffet looks really nice, there's plenty of choice for omnivores.

The location was very good both for visits to the historic centre and for buses to and from the station. The small outside space was nice to sit at in the evening. The reception staff (except for one rude and grumpy man on early morning duty) were attentive and polite.

Great location for Ferrara old town. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was good. Staff were friendly.

Nice and comfortable hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was typical but very good Italian with a particularly good selection of pastries. Location is very good, being just across the road from the edge of the Old Town. My room was a little dated but the wi-fi and aircon worked. I would stay there again.
