The room is Ok, check in is Across the street, just call the manager and she will wawe at you From her balcony office. For breakfast you can try recommended bar as you get a discount as a guest of This property

Clean, comfortable, hostess very pleasant, a quiet area but top of the old town, felt safe being there as a solo traveler.

The property is in the centre of Ferrara, it has a lift and we were able to park just outside for free. We never met the owner but they were forthcoming on WhatsApp and that worked fine with us.
