Admittedly I turned up an hour before check in and was told to come back in half an hour, which I thought was fair. I went back 45 minutes later and another staff member without looking said come back at 1500 and carried on with what they were doing. I explained what had already happened and only then did they look. It was like I was putting them out. If your on reception duty then act like you want to be there, even if you don't. In the room description, it said, smart TV and in brackets (things like Netflix) which I thought, cool. It did say smart TV when turned on but other than that there was nothing smart about it. Can't comment on the food as I didn't have an evening meal and was gone before breakfast started.

Great hotel just off the motorway. Rooms are very clean, comfortable and they have late check in.

The property was perfect for what we booked it for. The location was great, as we were going to the Adele World nearby. There is great transport links, we got the bus and then the S-Bahn to the airport and it only took less than 40 mins in total to get there. It’s quite far out from the centre, so wouldn’t be the best place to stay to explore Munich. The room was great, it was clean and very comfortable. The staff were really friendly and helpful.

We were told that we needed to pay Euro 18 for breakfast when it was indicated on booking that the payment was for bed & breakfast.

The location has easy bus access which is eases movement. Their breakfast menu also was good enough.

Very nice and clean hotel. Location near highway. Staff on reception very friendly and helpful. Check in/out easy. If you are coming after 23h just call hotel and they will give you a code and leave your keys in key box. if you checking out early leave keys in box. Free parking around hotel. Highly recommend.
