Very nice and helpful host. We found everything for breakfast prepared for us. Apartment is equipped with everything you need. Private parking is a big plus for those who travel by car. Nearby is a bus stop so you can go to Venice.

The host was very friendly and helpful. On arrival we were given all the information needed by him and was given a booklet with all the information needed to travel , shop , entertain etc. He also gave us free drinks and breakfast on our 1st day. Excellent location ....10 mins into center of Venice by bus ( bus stop just outside this accomodation ) and is only 2 euros. Shops are nearby too but for another 5 minutes or so walk you can goto a supermarket which is very reasonably priced and get there everything you need. Be aware local shops are all nearly shut around 3 in the afternoon and reopen around 6pm . The accomodation itself has everything you need to be able to cook and is very clean and tidy and the shower/ toilet was modern . Outside is a large balcony area with your own table to sit and eat or just relax. For the price you won't get any better ......and I would and have recommended this to family and friends. I would like to thank the host for not once but twice letting us back into the accomodation after locking our keys in the room .....it was no trouble for him and as always was very friendly ....a decent bloke. Look no further you won't be disappointed.

Great place to stay. Quiet neighborhood also locality. There is bus and tram few steps away. Very nice enviroment to stay in I am looking forward to next stay!
