The staff are absolutely incredible, so friendly, helpful and accommodating. When they heard we were from Canada, they brought us the English guides and jumped into English very quickly. Being able to check-in later than we had originally though (10pm instead of 7pm) went incredibly smoothly, and we were told we could have checked in even later if we had needed to. The location is impeccable, the breakfast was really good (lots of coffee, cold and hot breakfast options), and free parking!
