Close to the river, 8 minutes by car to airport (morning rush hour) Area is maybe a little rundown, but found a parking spot on street almost in front. Long flight of stairs from street to main floor. Room was small, but actually very adequate. Didn't shower as no time, but bathroom was tiny but again for a night or two? it was fine. Sort of a corridor with rooms off of it. Outdoor space would be nice in summer, surrounding buildings are defo run down. Nice Italian restaurant around the block so very convenient and food very good. I'm veg so they had options. Convenient is the best part of this stay, we slept like maniacs for some reason (had room with single beds pushed together)

Room and bathroom clean and cleanly decorated. Good A/C. The staff spoke fairly good English. Also outside terrace. 2 mins walk from Faro train station.

This property was a challenge to find, even with the aid of a GPS. I kept calling because I knew I was close but I could not find the property. Finally, the receptionist on duty came to my location and walked me directly to the property. Everything begins on the second floor and there is only one very small sign indicating the name of the guest house outside. Even when you know where it is, it is easy to walk right past the stairs leading to the guest house. Most of the staff spoke English and were able to answer questions about the city.

Location is ideal to walk everywhere you need to go, shops, restaurants and tourist attractions etc. Staff are helpful and friendly. Ideal for a couple of nights in Faro.

We were very satisfied with the accommodation. The hotel is located a short distance from the center, the marina, and many restaurants. The hotel also has a terrace where you can sit and relax. The staff are friendly, pleasant, and always helpful. The reception is open 24/7. Thank you for the excellent accommodation in Faro.
