My husband went down to the spa to use the facilities and on both occasions he said it was extremely busy wiry classes taking place, it can be used by outsiders.

Check-in staff were polite and my room key was ready. Room was spacious and bathroom looked to have been recently refurbished. Main issue was the fitness centre. Pool/spa/sauna seemed clean enough, but mens changing room was falling apart. Lockers urgently need replacing, if not whole changing rooms re-done. Check-out was fine. Room seemed reasonable value for money. Location was excellent for Brands Hatch.

Staff were friendly, 24hrs reception which was nice cuz we booked last min getting there at 11pm. It's on the entrance road to Brands Hatch which is great for track days. Beds were comfy

Close to Brands Hatch for a trackday we were attending. Easy to find, just off the M25. Staff very friendly and helpful.
