The Health & Fitness facilities can be used for an additional cost. Access must be scheduled in advance.In order to avoid disappointment, advance reservations for breakfast and dinner are advised, with both operating on a booking system. Please contact the hotel once you have made your bedroom reservation to book in your times for all these facilities.Bookings of over 10 rooms will be subject to different cancellation policies and different terms and conditions.When travelling with children, please confirm their ages in advance.Children's meals are available, but the hotel asks that families with children less than 12 years old dine in the restaurant prior to 20:00.Please note the Adult only swim times are:
- Monday to Thursday from11am-3pm and 7pm-10pm.

Staff were helpful, cheerful, polite and friendly. Bed was comfortable. Option of fresh water and milk was brilliant. Need to get second lift fixed. Easy to navigate corridors but signposts to lifts would be helpful.

A great hotel to get away and relax in. Staff are very friendly as are the waiters and waitresses in the restaurant......only complaint I have is that the evening menu is limited to what diabetics and those that suffer from haemochromatosis.......not knocking the food as it was out of this world but a little more choice would be brilliant.....will I stay again.....ABSOLUTELY ☆☆☆☆☆

The breakfast was fantastic a beautiful selection. Our room was lovely, spacious and comfortable and the spa and facilities was excellent. Gorgeous Spa! Beautiful touch was fresh milk and filter water right outside our room!

The bed was really comfy and I slept VERY WELL. The staff were extremely polite and very helpful. Lovely and quiet and we felt very relaxed using the spa and pool facilites.

The room was quiet and comfortable. Beds were small but cosy. We have booked a family room for more space and that was a good idea. The family room is very good for 2 people. Kudoz to the reception staff (for dealing promptly with the unfortunate technical issue in our room) and the restaurant staff for making us feel really welcomed when we had dinner!
