The facility was designed really nice. Majority of the staff we came across were unwelcoming. De-Andrea was Beautiful!! Clayon the bellman was amazing, Tristen & Saviya from the Zen restaurant were both incredible. Christine & Briana from guest service were fabulous. Renee from Graztie was amazing! All the others can take a page or two out of these books (including all the leaders).

The pools, bars, beach. Jerk hut. Vibes team amazing. Ju berry at reception was amazing , Danny, Lisa. Matthew at lower level bar was Amazing fun with visitors.
