Beautiful property a minutes walk from the beach, comfortable, welcoming and lovely place. I stayed for a week in between tenancies, Tamara was a very kind and welcoming host. Would recommend!

For doing the SWCP this location was ideal -as it also was for the beach, town centre and railway station. It is room only but no shortage of shops, cafes etc within 10 mins. Communication with proprietor excellent.

Everything was perfect. The place is just 5 minutes away from the beach, you literally walk up the street in front of the house and you reach it. 10-15 min walk to the harbour and the main street with shops and restaurants. The place was very clean, perfectly quiet and the host was extremely helpful and friendly. I would go back any time, thank you Tamara!

Very clean and comfortable. Spacious room for family of 3. Nice big window opened up over the street. Plenty of tea, coffee and biscuits. Plenty of towels and toilet roll.

Great location as it is near the train station and a 2 minute walk to the beach. Shops are near the beach or a 10 minute walk to the marina. Proprietors Chris and Tamara always friendly and accommodating. Was glad to stay there again after such a long time away

Friendly owner. Location near the train station, not far from Falmouth Town Centre. Very clean, comfortable. Good value for money.

The room was very spacious with a great big window. The location is Fantastic within 5 min distance to town and the beach. Parking wasn't a problem. Room was very clean with everything you could need. I shared the room with my mum for graduation and we had plenty of space with comfortable beds. Communication with the owner was great. Would stay again!
