We didn't have breakfast but location was close to many different breakfast options.

Good location good size. Well stocked kitchen ( plates etc) and good sized bedrooms and bathrooms. Property nicely decorated.

The location is perfect. Right next to the Island Queen for trips to Martha's Vineyard. 20 min walk into Falmouth. 7Eleven right around the corner. Spacious comfortable room, with nice firm pillows.
