Spectacular. Photos don’t do it justice. Coffee machine and record player a really nice touch. Make sure to get the full ocean view.

The motel is literally 5 metres from the waters edge. The lookout at top of motel is amazing...

Fantastic location, friendly and helpful staff, wonderful view of the ocean, great amenities, super comfortable and well-equipped immaculate rooms with nice touches like the vinyl record player and coffee table books.

No facilities - basic facilities in room need a hot plate to cook as there is no restaurant near or on site. Love the location right on the beach and the modern look of the room. Love the record player :-) Bed great size and comfort great. The view from the room The terrace on the roof

Absolutely stunning location and beautifully presented rooms with such comfortable beds and amazing views over to Martha’s Vineyard. The staff were so helpful and accommodating in every aspect. We will definitely return
