There was a lift to all floors, the location was ideally located on the sea front close to the town centre with lots of restaurant choices and a nearby rail link to Truro.

Huge room with sea view, sofa, comfy arm chair, bath, heated towelrail, wardrobe and shelf space and something to put your suitcase on. I also used the swimming pool and sauna - added bonus. Far more than I expected when I booked. Really nice hotel.

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved our room. The breakfast was very good, for both myself as a vegetarian and my meat eater partner. The view from the breakfast room is wonderful. There was far more to like about the hotel and our stay than not.

Perfect stay at our favourite hotel, it's looking absolutely amazing with the current renovations. Breakfast being served is a huge improvement.

The beautiful hotel was just across the road of a small beach that was covered with rock pools (sandy more traditional beach further to the right) the room was large as en-suite clean with refreshing shower. The hotel looks like a scene from an Agatha Christie novel inside and out. All staff I met were helpful and friendly to me and my dog!

Everything, it was such a lovely place. Very comfortable and staff were friendly, they even gave us a free up grade.. The food was nice also the staff very welcoming we are already rebooking and hopefully next time remembering our swimming costumes. The hotel was also incredibly pet friendly, which was a bonus for us as we miss our dog. This hotel will always hold a charm for us. it's where we've fallen in love with each other x
