The bed was comfy and facilities good. I liked having the communal kitchen and use of the fridge.

Good communication, great kitchen to prep own food if required - very clean - and little lounge to sit and drink coffee / have a quick late evening whisky.

The fact there was a kitchen,so you could cook your own food. A dining and sitting room also there to use. Plenty of towels etc and comfortable beds.

I liked the location and the room was very nice and clean. The facilities was really good. with free Wi-Fi ensuite bathroom. and it wasn’t that nicer must have made a lovely hotel lovely place and was ok 100% recommend it to anybody. But for me, I’m saying it because it was a great location for me to come down for Halifax to Falmouth to see my kids who live in Falmouth yourself and it’s the only place that I could afford to stay so I must say it is a great hotel and a lovely price And again definitely recommend it A+++

Good location ,clean house washing machine kitchen everything , bedroom nice and warm , parking , ive stayed with this company in 3 locations, st ives Cornwall and 2 diffrent houses in falmouth . All managed by mark this is the 4th property ive stayed now , i expect to return , central locations and free parking , thank
