Friendly and family-run, Gyllyngvase House offers high quality accommodation, a licensed honesty bar and a lovely south-facing garden with views over Falmouth Bay. The large comfortable garden room leads out onto the attractive terrace and garden, where, on a sunny day, you can sit and enjoy the views out to sea.
There is an on-site car park, with limited spaces, and free parking available.
All of our rooms with the exception of our single room have ensuite bathrooms. Our single room has its own private bathroom for the sole use of the single room. All rooms have tea/coffee making facilities.
A full English breakfast is included in the price and is freshly made using locally sourced produce wherever possible.

A lovely well run property, nice rooms, special garden room to relax in, lovely breakfast. The hosts are lovely, I was allowed in my room early and nothing was too much trouble, I would highly recommend this property.

The honesty bar in the garden was a very nice touch. The space in the room we were in was generous and very comfortable. The access to our own deck and the lovely gardens was an extra treat too.

This guesthouse is an absolute gem a few steps away from the lovely Gyllyngvase Beach. Our rooms were immaculately clean and very nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay. Andrew and Elle, we will definitely be back to stay with you and send you our very best wishes from Ireland.
