With free WiFi, this ensuite single room offers a Freeview TV and tea and coffee making facilities. Located on the second floor up 32 stairs is a compact single room with view over to Princess Pavilion.

Deluxe Twin Room - enter dates to see room photos

With free WiFi, this en-suite room offers a Freeview TV and tea and coffee making facilities. This a twin room with the bed at opposite ends of the room giving more floor space than usual and a degree of privacy. Views are over the garden and trees to Flushing. Please note that this Twin Room is located on the second floor, up 32 steps and may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.

Deluxe King Room, Room 3 - enter dates to see room photos

Room 3 is located on the first floor and has a wrought iron king size bed with a pocket sprung mattress for extra comfort. The room has high ceilings and lovely views over the garden and beyond. There is a roman black out blind to ensure you are not woken too early.

Deluxe Super King Room, Room 1 - enter dates to see room photos

This Super-King Suite is located on the ground floor and has a 6ft wide bed and separate seating area with two comfortable chairs and a coffee table - ideal for reading with lovely views over the garden and trees beyond. This area also has the tea and coffee making facilities, a small fridge and small television on the wall, There is a second large Smart TV which faces the bed.

On the second floor, at the front of the property this slightly larger of the two single rooms is ideal for the single traveller who wants a little more space. Please note that this room on the second floor has 32 steps and therefore may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.

Deluxe King Room, Room 4 - enter dates to see room photos

With lovely views over the garden, the double room with it 5ft king size bed is located on the first floor and offers a quieter outlook. With a ensuite shower room and a black out roman blind to ensure a restful nights sleep.

Deluxe Super King Room, Room 2 - enter dates to see room photos

The super-king suite is the largest room at Camelot and is located on the first floor at the front of the property with views over to Princess Pavilion. There is a separate seating area with two comfortable chairs and a coffee table, tea and coffee making facilities and a small room fridge. This room boasts a Smart TV and ensuite facilities.

Vanessa, Richard and the team were perfect hosts. Clean and comfortable bedroom. Great housekeeping and excellent breakfasts. Close proximity to the town centre. Vanessa was a great source of helpful local information.

Our second stay at Camelot Guest House and we really enjoyed it. Fantastic host, room was comfortable with everything we needed. Lots of choice for breakfast of eggs, meats, cheeses, fruit, cereals, yogurts, pastries and more. The guest house is in a great location a short walk into town with lots of choice of eateries, boat trips, beach activities, shops, historic sights and lots more.

The breakfast was excellent and the welcome friendly. It's not somewhere for people who have to have a 'full English' with all its associated health issues, but there's a good range of continental style items and eggs, including scrambled, poached, etc. For simplicity we parked in the Dell car park about 3 minutes walk down the road but there is a little parking in the driveway and also on-street parking opposite but that can get busy, especially during the day.
