Staff really friendly in helping me book in. Bit of a mix up somehow in not getting check in instructions (not the fault of Braemar house). Was nice to have a friendly face help me after a long drive down.

The room was spacious & very clean!!! And having the kitchenette in the room made our stay just perfect, we had everything we needed! It was just a few minutes walk from Falmouth Town & the beautiful harbour! Lynda & Brian were excellent hosts, very friendly & helpful! We will definitely return

There is a lot to like here. The location is fantastic, with parking at the rear. Its close to the museum and Pendennis castle. The family room is perfect for a couple with small kids. The beds were comfy, and the kitchen had all we needed. There was enough space that you were not always tripping over suitcases or having to move things around. The kids loved the room, and wanted to stay longer. The owner is very friendly and helpful.

We were given a downstairs room with separate sitting room, fridge, table which made it quite spacious.
