From the moment we arrived yianna was available to answer any question we had The place was clean and tide . Small kitchen and refrigerator, perfect for a couple She changed our towels and ask if she can clean the room after 2 days of our stay I highly recommend yianna studio Perfect location, waking distance from every thing

- The room is a great size, with a very big bed, and is *spotlessly clean*. Honestly, there wasn't a single bit of dirt or dust that I found. Yianna herself is part of the team of cleaners (she was very friendly when we met) and she does a great job. You have everything you'd need, including AC, a wardrobe with a safe, hairdryer, kitchen area with hob. The bed has a topper on it, which made it more comfortable. - The bathroom has good water pressure, and again, is spotlessly clean. The bathroom window had mosquito netting with no damage. - The location is only a short walk from the main central area of Faliraki, so you're not far at all from the restaurants, bars and shops. Closest supermarket is like a 3 minute walk. There's also multiple bakeries and coffee shops not far from you at all, just across the main road. - In general, (excluding specific times you can view in my 'what you didn't like') the area is very quiet. It's away from the noise of the centre, so you're going to get a good night's sleep. - The communication was good with the property before arrival.
