The room was very clean and the bed extremely comfortable. They had the temperature just right to for a comfortable stay. Location was great, and the reception staff were incredibly helpful and fun! Would definitely recommend and stay again :-)

Yes, the rooms are a little small and need updating. But they are clean and the lobby has fresh coffee, comfy seating. And the staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Shout outs to Candace, Josephine and Stephanie..... but to everyone thanks for your help Excellent location

Clean and comfortable rooms. Most staff are very nice. Great location for visiting cute shops on Second Street and restaurants in Downtown. (We got most meals and groceries through Uber Eats and never had an issue delivering to the hotel either.)

Great hotel. We even extended our stay by a night. Not the cheapest, but choices are limited in Fairbanks. Staff very friendly and accommodating, and professional. Appreciated the free doughnuts (on the second day), and also the complimentary coffee.

Reception staff friendly, responsible, professional and reliable. Room: functional, decent size room, soft beds, noisy HVAC, not cleaned daily, clean. Location: hotel is beside Chena river walkway, short walk to town. Town center no supermarket. Hotel left, right, behind has BBQ restaurant, cafe, Thai restaurant respectively. Free shuttle from airport, to call hotel after collecting luggage. Free shuttle to train depot - be sure to let reception know at checkin time.
