We've been here plenty before to eat, but first time we've stayed due to lack of taxis to get to and fro for a work Xmas do. Staff very friendly and efficient, lovely feel and character to the place. Beautiful grounds too. Breakfast very nicely done - good full English and excellent Eggs Benedict. We've seen this place evolve a lot over the years, have sat outside in summer, been indoors in winter and it always has a lovely relaxed vibe to it.

A very peaceful location near to Diss rail station. Lovely grounds and walks. Exceptional dining. Very clean rooms and comfortable beds.

From start to finish, everything was amazing, from checking in smoothly and welcoming to the amazing cocktails and incredible dinner with the most delicious desserts. The hot tub jacuzzi in the room was amazing and made the evening so relaxing and highlight of our trip.
