Lovely peaceful cottage for two. Very comfortable and well equipped with little seated area outside to enjoy the sunshine and chickens. Perfect location for beautiful walks and lovely local pubs and tea rooms.

It was a lovely compact layout, warm and cosy. Deep bath and lots of hot water. Everything we needed in the kitchen. Comfortable lounge area and comfortable bed. Great location in an interesting village, with many good walks nearby. Friendly and welcoming owner.

The location was excellent. The cottage was beautiful and had everything you could need for a stay. It's probably the first rental we have been to where you could arrive and not need to bring anything. The kitchen was extremely well equipped if you wanted to cook. There was snow on the ground which actually added to our stay,but the cottage was so warm and cosy. It was a super comfortable bed,and there were loads of towels provided. Ricky was so welcoming and regularly checked we were ok. I can't thank him and Chris enough for for the way they think of everything, even providing fresh flowers downstairs and in the bedroom. Keep doing what you are doing...It's perfect.! All that and all the wonderful places to visit nearby.

Had a lovely birthday weekend staying in this cozy cottage. When we arrived, we were greeted by Ricky, who was very welcoming. The cottage is full of character features and very warm and comfortable. It is a great base for exploring the area, and we enjoyed 2 wonderful meals at different bars/restaurants in Eyam. There is a great induction hob with electric oven fitted in the kitchen, as well as a microwave, so we were able to enjoy cooked breakfasts before going out. Ricky's chickens were very eager to say hello to us through the kitchen window, which was great to see in the evenings! The garden area and views over Eyam were spectacular.
