Do not enter the postcode for Holland Hall, as this will incorrectly direct you.Please note that there are are no TVs in the rooms.Please note that rooms are strictly non smoking.There are only two blocks with lifts and therefore a limited number of accessible rooms available. If you have a specific request, please state this at the time of booking.Free private parking is available and is subject to availability on the day.Please note late arrivals after 23:00 need to be arranged with the property in advance.Maximum 5 rooms per booking, under the usual terms. If booking for more than 5 rooms separate terms and conditions will apply and these will be sent with additional details requested. These details must be supplied within 48 hours (or prior to arrival, if less than 48 hours), in order for the booking to be honoured.

I enjoyed the view from my room, a lovely warm shower and the breakfast canteen area was clean, with lots of selection to make lovely breakfast. The bed was large & very comfortable; and the wardrobe was a generous size with even a safe and locked cabinet inside.

It is in a great location if your purpose is on the campus of the University of Exeter; which is a most beautiful green and tree-filled campus! The basics are all offered; clean bed, hot water, breakfast with the added benefit of a beautiful view - and at a reasonable cost. Plus, it was fun to get a taste of living as a university student on campus!

Holland Hall was very convenient for us, in a great location. It was a little noisy in the middle of the night with students coming home from a night out but otherwise fine. Breakfast was good and made it good value for money.

Breakfast was good, plenty of choice. Room was as expected if a little warm on the first night but fans were available from reception. View from the room was onto wooded/ scrub area at the back of the building, not much to look at but bonus was the owl hooting in the night. Views from the front were beautiful.

Complimentary breakfast included a wide range of meaty and vegan foods, with hot and cold drinks. Bedroom is clean and tidy. Staff is professional.

Very well situated to access the Great Hall for graduation day via a paved shortcut (not sign-posted) – a short walk – with sufficient local parking included and a beautiful view from the breakfast area.

The room was comfortable and warm, with a good little ensuite shower-room. The view out of my room was excellent, looking out over the Exe valley. It was the perfect location for an Exeter University reuion. The breakfast was very good, and there were ample refills for the room's tea/coffee supply readily available in reception.
