The flat was perfect for an elderly person - ground floor, walk in shower, no steps. The heating was very controllable and the flat was very comfortable throughout.

We loved this apartment: it was well set up, convenient & comfortable. The location was wonderful: we could walk everywhere & duck back for naps from time to time. Parking was a big plus.

The flat is in a really good location with easy access to amenities in Exeter. There is allocated parking but see below. On the plus side the showers are excellent and we appreciated the thick fluffy towels. We did not use the oven, hob or microwave so can’t comment. In both bedrooms there are spacious wardrobes.
