The room was very dated. Also very hot but if I opened the window (which was broken) there was a loud generator outside.

Location is perfect in town for me - and the newly refurbished rooms are really excellent - a proper desk, far superior TV experience, and useful space for hanging clothes. The bed is a bit too soft for me but I assume most people would be ok with it.

The staff were friendly and efficient and the food was good. The room was clean, bright and airy. We were a little disappointed that we were in the newer part of the hotel as we were hoping for a room in the older part of the hotel with more more period features, but it was a good room.

It was a lovely traditional Inn with a lot of heart and character. The rooms have been recently refurbished; it was clean and comfortable. The staff were very kind and accommodating. Would definitely recommend!

The room we were given was an excellent old world suite. Loads of charm and character, and yet well appointed, clean and just huge.

Friendly staff, from reception to the bar. Room had recently been renovated and was really nice. Parking was included and very useful. We were pleasantly surprised overall.
