Real great position close to the retail area ikea tesco ect can travel to many beaches the food pub room was great staff very helpfull

Check in was efficient. Room easy to find and access. Lovely and spacious with a large comfortable bed. Bathroom was very good too. Enjoyed the buffet breakfast which was tasty and good value.

Booked here as we were attending a conference at Exeter rugby club. From start to finish the staff where polite and very helpful. Would recommend to other delicates the next time we are down.

The bed was comfortable but the pillows very lumpy. The bedding was clean but the rooms need upgrading curtains very stained!! Breakfast is good but you have to pay extra for cereal. Room 210 was very stale & smelling but because we checked in late 9.30pm and only staying one night and not many staff on we decided not to complain we left 9.15am the next day.

Lots of free parking, room was surprisingly really nice, comfy bed. Clean towels/bedding and a good amount of coffee/tea.. loved the biscuits. Shower was one of the best I’ve ever had in a hotel. Staff all nice and friendly. Would stay again definitely.

Booked a family room, the main bed was epic but the sofa bed was unsleepable on. No attempt at sound proofing, so people in the corridor might as well have been in the room! Clean and cheap but didn’t get much sleep.
