The room was spacious, clean and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The location was excellent for central Exeter which was just a short walk into the town. We managed to park onsite for free too which isn't guaranteed but is a lovely bonus

good value for money. Basic but not expensive. Comfy bed, quiet, clean, plenty of room for one person (I had a single room with a sink on top floor). Owner was very nice. Great location for Town. Had parking at the back but fairly tight space.

The hotel room was very clean and cosy. Location was very handy for town with the added bonus of parking.

A pleasant stay close to train station and witherspoons just down the road for food and they where happy enough to let you order food to be delivered

Basic but clean & warm. Everything needed for short stay. Tea / Coffee + kettle. Friendly owner who suggested places to eat. Quiet. Good location 10 min walk from centre of town. Kept my luggage for me on day of leaving. Would recommend (so long as you don't mind shared bathroom facilities).
