This is the second time I've stayed here in last 2 years and once again it didn't dissapoint. Staff at cafe are helpful and friendly. Apartment clean and had all I needed. Location close to everything. I'll be back. Again

The location was perfect. 100 yards from the water. All shops, pubs etc within a minutes walk. The accommodation was lovely and clean with everything you need.

Friendly and family-owned with lovely personal touches - we even had a Christmas tree! The owners, Kate and Joe, made sure that everything was perfect. Having Route 2 Cafe downstairs was great - delicious menu, attentive staff and a lovely space for family breakfasts/lunches etc. Zephyr (the 1-bed apartment) is delightful - I could easily live there long-term and so much nicer than an impersonal hotel room. The apartment had everything we needed for Christmas, including a full-sized oven for our turkey. Topsham is a hidden gem. It is lovely all year round and we will definitely be back again soon. We have already booked again for next Christmas!

Excellent location, easy walking distance to everything. Really cute little attic flat with comfy beds & the best shower! Well equipped kitchen and lovely friendly cafe downstairs providing top breakfasts! Parking wasn’t a problem - a couple of car parks within walking distance - the one up the hill giving you free parking from 5pm to 9am, the one in front of the flats is free 6pm-8am.

Great location in on the Quay. Well equiped & spacious accommodation, Bed is a full memory foam mattress, which wifey loved but im not a fan of them. Still slept ok though. Plenty of pubs cafes & shops local & only a 7min walk to train station & 15min ride to exmouth beach is purfect. Nice Chinese takeaway only a 10 minute walk away and the food was lovely to eat back of the accommodation.
