The location means you can be in Exeter in 25 minutes or pretty much anywhere on Dartmoor or the south coast in 30 minutes or so. It’s quiet and beautiful and is outstandingly dog friendly. The staff are unfailing friendly and really add to the enjoyment of the stay.

When we arrived it had been snowing the day before so the fields behind were a nice view covered in snow. Looked really nice. Bed was very comfy prob 1 the best weve slept in an weve been to alot of hotels as we pick an choose random locations each week to stay at. This has 1 of the best beds to sleep at. Shame about the food we couldnt eat due to renovations which meant we had to order food in which was very expensive as there was nothing local, nearest was exeter town.
