Room was good- as expected for premium Evening meal was very disappointing. What we had was ok but little choice and some things on menu not available Breakfast was poor. Orange squash not juice?? Cooked items dried out Pastries were good

Great experience, great location! It was our 30th anniversary and was welcomed with a towelled heart display and flowers on the bed, a lovely added touch. Breakfast was also good.

Rooms are a bit dated and needs a makeover. Floors creak when walking in them Bathroom quite shabby and needs work for paint, fixtures and toilet bowl was showing a big crack.

Great location and luckily we were only using the room to sleep. Not hanging out. The room was small and the carpet was quite marked. The room was hot and you couldn't open a window. There didn't seem to be controls to adjust temperature. The parking is not great, awkward to get in and out. We managed to get a space for the first night but not the second so had to park in an alternative carpark. Parking is expensive. There was quite a loud party during the day which we could hear very clearly our room but luckily it was finished by the time we went to bed. The sound from the corridors is quite loud.

The hotel itself is beautiful and in a great location, with accessible parking which although expensive, guarantees safety and closeness to the hotel. The staff in the lobby were attentive and friendly. The room was nicely decorated, but furnished without any soap or shower gel replenished, so we had just 3 empty bottles to greet us. The restaurant on site provided nice meals which were well cooked and priced. The bed was ample, but knotted, and as a result little sleep was enjoyed. Breakfast in the morning was included and provided a generous choice of cold fruits, yoghurt and cereals as well as hot pastry or breakfast options. Very nice breakfast and attentive staff. The price of the stay was a bargain and the staff and food were good, just a shame about the bed!
