The cottage was beautifully furnished and excellently equipped. The beds were comfortable and everywhere was very clean. We had milk and bread/butter provided on our arrival and a lovely bottle of wine which was very well received. The surrounding countryside is very pretty with views of the moors in the distance and woods and streams all around. There are several walks straight from the cottage - perfect with or without a dog, ours felt very at home.

This is a very special place to stay and I would stay here again. The house is beautiful and very well equipped, the location idyllic, the private garden pretty, very good parking. Really peaceful.

Our second visit so knew exactly what to expect. Exceptional character cottage. Very well equipped and comfortable. Peaceful, stunning location within a few miles of Exeter. Lovely, helpful hosts.
