it was self catering so we could make our own breakfast in the room 2 separate rooms in the apartment was good easy parking

Two excellent pub restaurants within five minutes driving distance. Easy to find, good access to Collumpton and to Exeter. Nice clean rooms and good apartment size. Possibility to prepare microwave meals and a fridge. Easy to walk from car to apartment, as I have mobility issues this was ideal. I feel the owner could highlight this advantage for potential guests. We used the room for a family and so was a cost effective option.

Perfect little space for our requirements. The bed was soooo comfortable and the shower powerful. Everywhere was spotless and we would definitely return.
