The apartment was well-equipped and was a good size. The beds were comfortable and it was quiet for a good night's sleep. The property is fantastic and you can meet a lot of the very friendly animals. It is a short drive to a very convenient and free parking lot just outside of Evora. Breakfast was very good at a good price. They had issues with the water one night but Wim had it corrected before we woke up. If Wim hadn't mentioned it, we would not have known about it.

Wonderfull piece of nature surrounded by all kind of trees typical of the region. Its an extended familial property of a netherland couple who has an incredible sense of beauty and welcome. They spent years to make this place a small heaven. Lot of gentle animals (add rabitts and goats ) I stayed in the small quaint house apart, its perfectly restaured , comfortable , clean, heated for winter in main room and bathroom , under the trees for summer

We only stayed for one night, but it was a lovely and relaxing - "quinta". The host was flexible with our check-in time (we got lost coming from another part of Portugal). Thank you for this flexibility! If we had more time, we would have stayed longer. It was a shame the weather was a bit cold, so we couldn’t enjoy the pool, but the pool area looked great. The whole property is very well-kept. - Impeccable cleanliness - Mineral water available in the accommodation - Daily cake and coffee for guests, enjoyed at our leisure - Stovetop available for quick meals in our accommodation. It helped a lot, especially we arrived late there. - Fully equipped kitchen for quick meals - Comfortable bed - Very close to Evora, but peaceful

Nice and well maintained country house and farm with a lot of friendly animals. Very peaceful and quiet. The room was clean and well equipped. The breakfast was reach, healthy and fresh. The host are super nice and welcoming.

The better question is what didn’t we like! The rooms, Wim and Monique were incredible hosts. Sharing their place, food, animals with us. A fabulous way to relax and enjoy the area. I want to return again and spend more time.

Very dog friendly (10euros extra per dog). Beautiful enclosed garden for dogs. Great location. Comfortable and spotlessly clean. Lovely food. We had dinner (25 euros per head) and breakfast (10 euros per head). Good WiFi.

Lovely hosts with a beautiful property. Everything from the hospitality to the animals was wonderful. The room had everything we needed. Wish we had stayed a few more nights.

Hosts very helpful. Loved watching animals dogs pigs and donkeys. Tea coffee and cake always available. Dinner with hosts and other guests great food and company..

Wimm and Monique, the very hospitable owners,have set up their own little animal sanctuary in their beautiful Quinta and being able to stay with them was a real priviledge and the highlight, for both my husband and myself, of our months much enjoyed trip round Portugal. The pool, optional breakfasts and chance of an evening meal with the owners were all added bonuses.

Lovely rural location with peaceful grounds and varied plants as well as all sorts of animals.
