The place is amazing, super clean and well prepared for guests but the most amazing thing are the people running this accommodation. Karim was kind enough to welcome me and my family with a guided tour through the place, and offered us everything to make us feel comfortable and welcomed! I recommend 100%, place, food, people are totally worth it!

We loved the peace and quiet. Easy drive from Évora. Beautiful building in very good condition. Cheerful and friendly staff. Exploring the orchards and buildings nearby was lovely. Breakfasts were good. Best of all was that we had the outside area to ourselves two evenings in a row for our sundowners and picnic supper.

Beautifully restored monastery, peaceful environment, the staff was very friendly and we received an interesting tour around the building, breakfast was excellent

The owner was very nice to accommodate our late arrival due to unforeseen complications, and upgraded one of our rooms to a double bed. The building was historic and maintained well.

If you're near Evora town, don't miss to stay at this property. The building of an old monastery is given new life by the owner committed to old values. It is a building with a very special atmosphere, the kindness and dedication of the host is extraordinary. He also introduced us to the history of the building. The breakfast was marvellous, also. I highly recommend this accommodation to everybody who travels around.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was incredible, healthy and delicious, the linen was beautiful. The grounds were spacious to explore and to let the imagination run wild. We spent one night in the hotel and the second in a self catering house. The latter is still a work in progress but has potential.

In this hotel you feel just like in a museum (in a good way). This is a newly-renovated historic monastery. The rooms are authentic, but clean and well maintained. The host was more than accommodating and welcoming.
