The quiet location, the incredible views at sunset, the comfort of the bed, the size of the bedroom, the double showers, the air conditioning, the quality of the table linen. The complimentary bottle of wine and biscuits on arrival and courtesy cake and champagne for my birthday.

Great food at breakfast and dinner options. The staff were amazing and so thoughtful during our stay. Although some things arose that were out of their control, such as a power outage, they made sure we were completely comfortable and still getting the best experience possible. We were upgraded to a better room and very well taken care of. They have bread-making workshop every Saturday, that we enjoyed very much and contributed to the awesome "Alentejano" experience.

From the moment of arriving to leaving, every moment was filled with genuine care and luxury from the team at Land of Alandroal. Truly a paradise in Alentejo where you can relax and enjoy fantastic facilities. Reception is very functional and friendly, providing assistance with car allocation, luggage and information along with a 24h chat available. Breakfast has a big variety and the service provided by Bruno was top notch, always making sure the guest is satisfied and enjoying their stay. Room was very cleaned, very good quality amenities and service always provided at the time we were out of the room, making the experience seamless. The food at dinner and corresponding presentation were everything we expected and more, but what made the difference was the service that Hugo gave us. He is very knowledgeable about the food menu and wine, paying always attention to the guests and hospitable. Surely, a place to come back and very recommendable for whoever wants to experience a hidden gem in Alentejo :)

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel for several reasons. First, the location is isolated and incredibly peaceful, making it ideal for relaxation and disconnecting from the stress of daily life. The spa area was another highlight, offering a sauna and Turkish bath, both well-maintained and equipped with changing facilities. The heated pool, with its connection to the outdoors, was fantastic and added a fun touch to the experience. I also appreciated that the hotel grows its own vegetables, which adds a personal and sustainable touch to the dining experience. Additionally, there are multiple activities available not only at the hotel, but also in the nearby city for those who want to explore. Finally, the staff was exceptionally empathetic and helpful, always willing to assist with a smile. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.
