Very special cottage. Confortable with a beautiful courtyard full of fragrant roses. The hosts are super friendly. It’s in the heat of a small country town full of history. Great kitchen. Small but comfortable bed.

We loved Arendon cottage, right next to the Evandale markets and the centre of Evandale. Such a pretty cottage it had everything we needed and more.

This is a wonderful cottage. It is located in a beautiful town about 20 kilometres from Launceston so it is easily accessible by car. It is an old cottage that is comfortable and well equipped. The washing machine was a bonus. We really enjoyed our stay at Arendon Cottge.

We love Evandale and always stop for an hour or two if we are passing through. This time I decided we would book a stay for a couple of days. The lovely homely feel of the place, right down to the home baked biscuits waiting for us on arrival. Everything that you need for a self contained accommodation. Modern spacious bathroom facilities,, outside courtyard sitting area. We had a meal at the Prince of Wales Hotel at good prices. A great home base for some day trips around the area.

Great cottage / quite location close to Launceston and other small towns - excellent base to site see. Facilities extremely clean , comfortable bed , small area at rear to sit and listen to the birds

Lovely part of the village. Easy to walk to the main street and the Sunday market. Alexander was a great host.
