The main building is classy! The breakfast room was inviting. The breakfast delicious! What a treat to eat off plates with real silverware. We stayed in the Franklin building. The entrance wasn't very clean but the room was very nice. Bed super comfy!

The Staff were lovely and friendly. Big shout out to Ian on nights, who helped greatly with a couple of jetlagged sisters. Also to the girls during the day that found a package we had left during a very hectic and tragic time for us. Very caring and honestly it meant the world to us.

I loved the lounge near the lobby of the main building, where I worked an afternoon, fantastic wifi connection, very peaceful. Very good location near the University of Oregon which I needed. I was able to leave my car on the premises while I visited the University which I thought was a great bonus too.

Love the they have finally started to refresh all the old spaces along Franklin and the Hayward is a great example. Really nicely done and the group I was with was very pleasantly surprised at how nice the entire hotel was (lobby, experience, rooms, bar). Having a nice, updated, clean space to come for a game weekend is crucial for our group as we get older and Hayward didn't disappoint. Having a bar and restaurant on premise was also a nice plus.

Convenient location for attending Oregon football games a little over a mile walk to the stadium, but it is about as close as you can get. Facility was modern and clean. Attended a night game and was able to get a parking spot around noon, but couldn't check in until close to 4:00. Overall, very good but expensive on game days which is to be expected.

The breakfast and the location. I had an event at Matthew Knight Arena, and this is right across the street from it. Didn't have to worry about parking.
