Left my laptop in the night table drawer, called up the front desk afterwards and they referred me to the housekeepers. The housekeepers told me the laptop was found and they could keep it till I arranged for pickup. My son got there a week later and got the laptop for me. Correspondence about the lost and found has been prompt and friendly. The staff has been most helpful and kind. Really thankful for their help. Would highly recommend this lodging. Not to mention that the room was of a good size, with firm comfortable beds and easy access to the outdoor parking. Breakfast was good with coffee and bagels and fruits.

We enjoyed our stay at the Campus Inn Suites. The manager Samir was excellent and very friendly and professional. It is a well managed motel The continental breakfast was very good. We plan to come back to Eugene and stay here again. We highly recommend it. Great location, with Whole Foods across the street and walking distance to the Market place. Close to the University of Oregon.

Beds were comfortable and room was spacious enough. All appliances were working, hot water running. Could sleep well, no noise disturbs. Could check in earlier (around 1-2 pm). Really good area, walking distance to 5th avenue.

The staff were excellent- very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was basic, but it worked for us. The room was a good size and clean. Whole foods is opposite, which is extremely useful. Walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go including bus station. Gym is very small but it was adequate for me. The attitude of the staff made our stay enjoyable.

The location is convenient to walk to Eugene downtown. The bed was comfortable. There was parking available at the location. I liked that there were many things updated even though it is a relatively old building. The breakfast was completely sufficient and suitable.

Good location downtown. Big comfy room. Bed comfy. Shower good. Breakfast though continental was plenty.
