The hotel absolutely lives up to the excellent reviews we used to make our choice. The rooms are quite spacious, clean, comfortable beds, wonderful breakfast. The staff are helpful and cheerful. Pets are welcome.

The hotel was very nice, staff are also friendly and helpful.Although we arrived our hotel for check-in on Christmas Eve,they helped us about access to our room and gave us background information. Moreover, we didn’t except such a rich breakfast.

Great location for visiting Europa Park. The free parking is very convenient and the staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good, full buffet with fresh and warm food + vegan options.

The staff is really kind and smiling. The rooms are very pretty and clean. And the breakfast had enough things to be full. ( the pancakes are amazing by the way ). Very good stay, I recommend :)

We were really pleased with the staff and their high level of commitment to ensuring their guests had the most enjoyable stay. Specifically, Shana, a worker there, was really friendly and kind and ensured we had the best stay possible. We loved the location and their breakfast was delicious. It was everything you could've wanted.
