Pousada Palacio de Estoi is located in the town of Estoi, just 10 km from Faro, on the grounds of a beautiful 19th-century palace.

Booked this hotel as a special treat and it did not disappoint. Beautiful location, great facilities, superb food. The check-in was very pleasant and the staff super helpful. The grounds are worth a look and a walk if you have time, and a stroll into the small town of Estoi is advised. The hotel is situated in a reasonably rural setting so a car is a must.

The room and bathroom were spacious. Great terrace and location is great, close to Faro. Nice view of Faro and surrounding area. Breakfast buffet was great, a lot of sweet and savory options (though no meat options outside pork). Lovely and helpful staff.

The room had a balcony with a view of the sea far away. The pousada’s historic rooms were gorgeously appointed and offers amazing views of the gardens. The covered parking garage was excellent, giving direct access to the rooms.
