The room was very spacious with everything we needed. It was very clean. Special thanks to Anna who looked after us at breakfast time. The meet and greet from Isabelina was excellent and very informative. Parking was available at an extra cost, but very close by and very secure with a lift down to it. Thanks again and would definitely recommend.

The buffet breakfasts were superb, the rooms comfortable with splendid decoration, and the location was perfect with the hotel being in the old town. However, if you are staying there, please ask for a room away from the road. Although a tiny side road that my room was located on, it was used fairly frequently throughout the night, and my sleep was disturbed on several occasions. This is not the fault of the hotel but of moped drivers driving too fast and drunk people making a noise when leaving local restaurants or bars. All in all a wonderful hotel, with excellent management and staff though and I would willingly stay there again

The breakfast was really good if you ate that wasn't in a plastic wrap. They had fresh fruit and avocado, which is extremely rare. And you could ask for extra eggs etc. if you wanted. The building is very unique and lovely, if you like old architecture.

It's our second stay at Boutique Hotel Casa Veracruz and we just love everything about it. Great location, lovely staff, calm and peaceful and beautifully clean. You can have water refills as you wish which takes the sting out of buying water and coffee, tea and small snacks are available to help yourself to at any time.

Wonderful hotel in the old town. Nicely decorated, very comfortable with a great spread for breakfast. The staff are amazing, so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this gem!
